Heading to the Promised Land!

Happy Weekend Ladies!

Today is the first day of my spring break and guess where I am heading? Israel! I am so excited to go see the promised land in person! If you don't know, a lot of the stories in the Bible happened in Israel. That is where Jesus lived! I promise to take pictures to show you!

The sad news is that I'll be gone for 10 days so there will be no blog this next week :(
I'll be back the next though!

I hope you girls have a great week!

I'll miss ya!

Less Than Four Months!!!

Can you girls believe Kamp starts in less than four months?! That blows my mind! We are getting everything ready for you already! This week we have been hiring YOUR counselors! How fun is that?! Pretty soon we are going to start working on some new activities and wait for it.... THE PARTIES!!!!! I have a mission for you girls... I would love to hear some activities YOU would like to do this summer! Would you like to have a dance party class? Or maybe a fishing class? The sky is the limit! Comment and I will see what we can do! You might be the girl to come up with the coolest activity we do at Kamp this summer!

LOVE YOU!!!!

Who Are You Serving?

What's up Komos?!

Gotta love hairnets!
Anybody recognize the girl
on the right? She worked as a
counselor a couple of years ago!
Not to long ago I got a really neat opportunity to serve in my community. We have a ministry here in Branson called Loaves and Fishes that serves dinner to families who need some help. My job was to pass out the biscuits right after they got their chicken and veggies... and it was awesome! I did not get to have long conversations with anybody, I only got maybe two or three seconds to try to make their day a little bit better but you know what I realized? It doesn't take much to bless people! Sometimes all it takes is a smile!

You just have to love people! How could you love your parents? Maybe by cleaning up the kitchen for them! How could you love your brother or sister? Maybe by letting them have the last cookie! Is there somebody at your school who is having a hard time? You could serve them by just spending some time with them to let them know you care about them! You can serve in a ton of different ways... How are you serving?!
